All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the customer�s responsibility to view, inspect and test the items on inspection day or on pickup day before removing the items from the facility.

If a customer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The customer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic condition, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. By placing a bid in this auction, the customer acknowledges and agrees that, if they are the winning bidder, their credit card will be charged for the full amount of the final bid, including any applicable fees or taxes. Furthermore, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback, refund request, or fraudulent claims with their credit card issuer related to this transaction. All sales are final, and by bidding, the customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms.

The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle. They must bring their own help if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing the next auction.
Any customer sending a representative to pick up for them will need to email auctions@tryc2.com to inform us who is coming. The representative you send will be required to show a paid invoice or a Photo ID NO EXCEPTIONS

All shipping requests must be submitted by sending a hand signed copy of the paid invoice and a copy of the buyer�s photo ID to auctions@tryc2.com within 5 days of the close of the auction. If these documents are not sent to the aforementioned email your order will not ship and be deemed forfeit with no refund
