All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees, warranties, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Cash, card, and other approved payment methods accepted unless otherwise posted at the sale.

All sales are final.

Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. Staff may not be aware of all defects, missing parts, or item history.

Buyer is responsible for loading, moving, securing, and transporting purchased items. Please bring adequate help, tools, straps, and packing materials for large or heavy purchases.

Large item pickup arrangements must be completed within the timeframe provided by sale staff unless prior arrangements are approved.

No public restrooms available unless specifically noted.

Children must remain supervised at all times.

For safety reasons, some areas of the property may be restricted.

Neither the estate, property owners, nor Highline Estate Sales are responsible for accidents, injuries, slips, falls, theft, or damage occurring on the property.

Entering the property and attending the sale is at your own risk.

Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

Staff reserves the right to refuse service, limit occupancy, or remove disruptive individuals from the property.

Please respect neighboring properties, posted signs, and parking instructions.

Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or roadways.
