Payment in full will be charged to the winning bidder upon the closing of the auction. 3.29% processing fee on card transactions. No credit card charge backs allowed. Mississippi 7% SALES TAX IS CHARGED unless a resale tax permit/exemption number is on file. All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without any guarantees or warranties from Auction 18, LLC. All item details can be found under the "Item Description" section of each listing. Auction 18, LLC. describes each item to the best of their ability. It is the sole responsibility of each bidder to personally inspect each item he/she wishes to bid on as well as carefully read the item descriptions. Each USPS Shipment includes $100 insurance, however, we strongly recommend the purchase of additional insurance to cover the costs of high dollar items. Refunds or Credits will NOT be given for damaged/lost/delayed items and absolutely NO refunds on Shipping & Handling fees. We apologize for any inconvenience. WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP? We ship in batches every FRIDAY via USPS Priority Flat Rate (Insured and Tracked) or USPS Ground advantage. Depending on the volume of shipments received per auction, some shipments may be processed and mailed on the FOLLOWING Friday. Shipping Labels cannot be printed by customers and sent in to us. Once items are packed and ready to ship we will create a separate invoice for Shipping costs and charge your HiBid payment on file, do not be alarmed when you see this charge. Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction item scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02).
