By registering for our auction and placing any bids you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. All lots are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. The information on our lots are provided as a guide only. We do try our best to give accurate information as well as quality photos. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Currency - USD Buyer Premium - A buyer's premium of 10% will be added. Shipping - There is no shipping available for the items offered in this auction. Taxes - No sales tax in Oregon. The buyer is responsible for paying any sales tax their state requires. The debit / credit card you used to register for the auction will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for any winning bids plus 10%. *If you wish to pay at the time of pick-up, let us know BEFORE the auction ends - cash or card are accepted means of payment. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. Lots will start closing at 15 second intervals beginning at 7:00PM the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on a lot and someone makes a last minute bid, that lot will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (The countdown time of the other lots will not be affected.) An e-mail will be sent Friday night after the auction ends and your card has been processed that will include a copy of your invoice. If your card on file with HiBid that you used to register for the auction is declined, you will be notified in this e-mail. Pick-up location: 2810 SE 39th Loop Hillsboro, OR 97123 Suite G. Paid orders: By 4pm PDT Monday July 6, 2026 any order that has been paid for but not picked up will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion. No refund will be given.
