We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Cards. There is a 3% convenience fee for all card purchases. We do not accept checks. Unless otherwise noted, there will not be assistance in moving or transporting large/heavy items. Please bring a truck and help with you. All items are sold "as is". No refunds or returns will be accepted. Please test all items prior to purchasing. We may limit the amount of shoppers inside the home at any given time. First come, first served. Please do not block driveways within the neighborhood. Be mindful of where you park. All items must be picked up prior to the end of the estate sale. We will "hold" an item only if it has been paid for. Discount Days. Unless otherwise noted in the description. Take 25% off on the second to last day of the sale and 50% off on the final day |

Sales like this one don’t come along too often. This is a collector sale taking place in a 40x60 building that is packed with treasures from decades of estate sale shopping and thrifting. The building is where they stored all of their incredible finds through the decades. Everywhere you look is a different rare and collectible treasure. In addition, there is an incredible amount of tools from screwdrivers up to tile cutting saws, fishing equipment for both freshwater and salt water, construction equipment, lumber and more! We are doing our first photo shoot on Wednesday, June 17th. Check back as we add pictures and details leading up to the four-day sale in July.
