Shipping/ Pick up Instructions: Items must be picked up at 220 Hwy 19 S in Bryson City unless shipping. Items must be picked up between 10am and 5pm Monday - Saturday. Please bring packing supplies and help to load.

**Please note that items that are not picked up or requested to be shipped after two (2) weeks of the close of auction will be considered abandoned. ***Storage fee's may apply for items not picked up on the scheduled pick up day.

ELECTRONICS: All electronics are untested unless otherwise noted. If you'd like to test please schedule a time to preview or if you are unable give us a call and we'll do our best to test an item out for you.
FIREARMS: Buttermilk Farms Auction is NOT a licensed FFL dealer. Firearms sold by Buttermilk Farms are sold in compliance with state & federal laws. All firearms are sold AS IS and we encourage inspection prior to sale. To purchase a firearm, you must be twenty-one (21) years old, a resident of North Carolina, complete a Federal Firearms 4473 form and have in your possession at time of pick up a valid North Carolina driver’s license, CCW Permits and Pistol Purchase Permits (if applicable). After auction, Firearms will be taken to local LIcensed Firearms Dealer and winning bidder can pick up there and complete all paperwork.
PRECIOUS METALS: Due to high instances of fraud in shipping precious metals valued over $100 we ask new buyers to email over a copy of the front and back of their state issued photo ID and credit card before processing for shipment.
