Loading Information:  Meares Property Advisors, Inc does not load, move, transport or package any asset in this auction.  The time period between the auction's end date and the pickup dates will give buyers enough time to arrange transport and loading of assets.  The skid steer and track hoe are NOT available for loading any assets in this auction.

Power Tool and Battery Information:  The tools in this auction are in like-new to lightly used condition.  We have tested all of the tools, and they are in good working condition.  We had a limited number of batteries for the tools, so tools without batteries are noted as such.
