By accepting our terms & conditions you have entered an agreement and agree to be bound by these conditions of sale. Lots listed in this catalog are offered by Lestinsky Auctioneers as an agent for our consignor(s). All Sales are Final.

Online buyers premium of 12% per item sold to online bidders. 7% sales tax will be collected.

Payment:

Valid Credit Card Required for bidding approval.

All online bidders will be invoiced after completion of auction, through the email address registered with.

All credit cards on file will be ran after the completion of the auction
4% convenience fee is charged to all credit card transactions.

$10 Title Fee will be added to each titled vehicle and attached to each invoice.

No items will be released until payment is made in full.

Titles:
Once you are the winning bidder on an item with a title attached and payment is made in full, all paperwork will be completed by Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC. All titles will be filled out with the new name of purchaser, address, date of sale, and total price paid.
$10 title fee will be added per titled vehicle. All titles will be sent usps and be certified.


Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC (LALLC) reserves the right to hold all titles for 14 days more or less, until funds are secured. If we do not have possession of the title upon time of the auction, it will be stated in description of the cataloged lots. We will send the title out as soon as we have possession of the title. All titles are sent USPS and certified. A signature will need to be provided at time of delivery.

Pick Up:

Shipping & Pick Up is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items must be picked up within the stated load out day.


Items not picked up after stated load out dates, will be forfeited (unless other arrangements have been made).

We provide our load out help as a service. If any damage occurs during the load out process it is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Prior to bidding:
All items are sold "as-is". Descriptions are believed to be correct, we make no guarantees, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. Assets are subject to additions and deletions.

It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect items conditions & authenticity prior to bidding. We strongly suggest bidders to examine any items they are interested in before the auction takes place.

Lestinsky Auctioneers (LALLC), is not held responsible for items running or working conditions. All used equipment should be assumed to have some degree of wear. Assume LALLC has conducted no inspections of machinery or vehicles to determine the machanical condition. All items are sold "AS-IS" with no guarantees.

Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC is providing internet bidding a service to the bidder. The bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction. Lestinsky Auctioneers is not responsible for any missed bids from any source.

LALLC are not responsible for accidents or articles after being sold.

All items must be paid for by end of load out day!
