Any items not picked up during the advertised pickup period and without prior written approval for alternative pickup arrangements shall be considered abandoned. The buyer authorizes C & C Auctioneers LLC to charge the payment method on file for all purchases. Abandoned items may be disposed of, donated, or resold at the sole discretion of C & C Auctioneers LLC without refund or compensation to the buyer. 13. Payment is due within forty-eight (48) hours of the auction's conclusion unless otherwise stated. If the payment method on file is declined, the bidder will be notified and provided with a payment link or alternative payment instructions.
