We charge a 5% buyers premium on all purchases. Buyers premium waived if paid by cash, or check.

A valid photo id and current Nebraska handgun permit, or Federal Firearms License will be required to purchase any firearms. No Exceptions.

No out of state checks will be accepted without prior approval and Bank letter of credit. Drivers License, State issued ID, or Passport required to obtain bidding number. Absentee bidders are charged a buyers premium up to 13%

No property to be removed until settled for. Sellers, Auctioneers, and sales help not responsible for accidents. Bidders are responsible for all items after winning the bid.

All announcements on auction block take precedence over any printed advertisements. Auctioneers not responsible for any errors in advertising. All information contained herein is believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.
