INSPECTION: Is strictly by appointment on Thursday June 25th or Friday June 26th between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Call Auctioneer Jay Dailey for your appointment and asset location address at 507-625-7653. All assets are sold AS IS WHERE IS and in-person inspection to verify condition is always recommended. PAYMENT: Bank wire transfer due within 24 hrs. of close of auction. Bank wire transfers carry an additional $20.00 fee. Cash payments are due at time of removal. Wire Transfer instructions will be given to the winning bidder after the close of the auction. All titles clean and ready to transfer. Title transfer will be handled directly by Dailey Realty and Auction Service at the time you come to pick up the vehicle. Transfer fees and tax will be paid separately by you, directly to the North Mankato DMV at time of pickup. Have your insurance, driver's license, and/or dealer's license with you when you come to pick up and transfer title. REMOVAL: Purchases that are not removed by your pre-arranged appointment time will be deemed ‘abandoned’. No refund or credit will be given to the purchaser and liquidation or disposal of the asset shall be at the Auctioneer's discretion. If a situation arises that will prevent you from showing up at your appointed time, call the Auctioneer the day BEFORE your appointment to request alternate arrangements at 507-625-7653 to avoid abandonment. Once the appointment time has passed with no contact, the asset will be deemed abandoned. Auctioneer does not provide boxes, packing material or loading assistance. Please come prepared with enough assistance, proper equipment and materials at your scheduled pickup time to remove your purchases.
