You must bring your own hand trucks, dollies, tools, and packing materials. The "Bring Your Own Crew" Rule: Many items are heavy, located on upper floors, or require professional disassembly. If you do not bring enough physical help to load your items on July 1st, your items will be forfeited. Late Forfeiture: Any items not picked up by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 1st (or during your scheduled appointment for specialty items) will be deemed abandoned and ownership reverts to the seller with no refunds issued.
