" Bidding opens June 19th and ends on July 6th, 2026 at 8PM. " Bidding will end with a soft staggered close. " The opening bid is $29,000 which is also the reserve price - When the property receives an opening bid, it will sell and there are no other reserves. " Registration is on the website at EDSAuctions.com. " Final approval of all bidders is at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. " There is NO Buyers Premium in this auction. " Buyer is responsible for any associated broker fees or commissions on this sale. " A State of IN-Approved Purchase Agreement is to be signed within 5 days of the sale close or by July 10th. " A Non-Refundable deposit of 10% of final sale price is due at the signing of the purchase agreement.
