AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY AUCTION LOTS Bidders are responsible for reviewing the full description of each auction lot prior to placing a bid. This includes both the �Lead� and the complete item description. Please ensure you scroll to the bottom of each item listing to view all available details. All items are sold �AS IS, WHERE IS�, without warranties or guarantees of any kind by Auction 18, LLC. Photos and Item descriptions are provided to the best of the company�s knowledge. It is the bidder�s sole responsibility to review all information carefully and attend preview times, if available, before placing a bid. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and accepts the item's condition and authenticity as presented. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after an auction closes. BIDDER RESPONSIBILITIES Bidders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. All activity conducted under a bidder�s account is the sole responsibility of the account holder. Auction 18, LLC. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inappropriate usernames or for violations of any terms stated here, as well as applicable local, state, or federal laws. Auction company employees and affiliates may participate in bidding. Auction 18, LLC may collect general website usage data, including but not limited to visitor metrics and correspondence. BIDDER VERIFICATION All bidders are subject to identity verification. Bidding privileges are provisional until verification is complete. Auction 18, LLC. reserves the right to deny or revoke bidding access at its discretion. BIDDER INVOICES Upon the close of the auction, winning bidders will receive an email containing their invoice along with designated pick up dates, times, and detailed instructions. Full payment will be charged to the winning bidder upon the close of the auction. * 15% Buyer�s Premium will be added to the final invoice total. * 7% Sales Tax (Mississippi) will be charged unless a copy of a valid resale certificate or tax exemption is on file. Permits/Exemptions may be emailed to AUCTION18BRANDON@GMAIL.COM. If we do not have a copy, we will not consider you tax exempt. * 3.29% processing fee applies to all card transactions. Credit card chargebacks are not permitted. **Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Auction 18, LLC. acts solely as an agent for the seller.All property is sold �AS IS, WHERE IS�, with no warranties, expressed or implied. All decisions made by the auctioneer are final. HIBID SOFT CLOSE This auction utilizes a �Soft Close� feature. If a bid is placed within the final three (3) minutes of an item�s closing time, bidding will automatically extend by an additional three (3) minutes. This process will continue until no further bids are received within a three-minute interval. TECHNICAL ISSUES In the event of technical issues related to weather, power outages, the server, software, or internet connectivity, Auction 18, LLC. reserves the right to extend, continue, or close bidding at its discretion. Neither Auction 18, LLC. nor the software provider shall be held liable for missed bids or system failures. Registered bidders will be notified of any updates via email when available. PICKUP AND HOLDING POLICIES All items must be picked up during the designated pickup dates and times. Auction 18, LLC. does not offer storage or holding of items under any circumstances. Any items not collected within the specified timeframe will be considered forfeited, abandoned and: 1. Will become the sole property of Auction 18, LLC., and/or 2. May be resold or disposed of at the company�s discretion. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items. If you are unable to attend pickup, you may authorize a third party to retrieve your items. Identification may be required at the time of pickup. It is the responsibility of the buyer to bring boxes/packing materials for items won. SHIPPING This is a local pickup only auction. Shipping services are not available. DEFAULT Failure to remit payment or collect items by the designated pickup date will result in default. Auction 18, LLC. reserves the right to offer defaulted items to the next highest qualified bidder. Repeated defaults may result in suspension or permanent revocation of bidding privileges. By participating, bidders agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auction 18, LLC., its agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions arising from participation in the auction. |
