Unpaid invoices: Unpaid invoices will be marked as a No-Show at the conclusion of the removal dates. Your account may be disabled from bidding on K-BID. IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. DO NOT bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal/ pick up time(s) and day. At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned, unless previously arranged directly with Heather. Inspection: Inspection dates/times are available for every auction by appointment. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s). Refunds: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will not be accepted. Midwest Crazy Deal Depot is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed from the auction site. Please inspect your items BEFORE leaving the auction premises.
