APRO TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• The successful Bidder will be contacted by Haley Auctions and Realty immediately following the completion of the auction to execute a Purchase Contract. The Purchase Contract will be electronically signed and completed unless the buyer is local and would prefer to sign in person at the Haley Auction Center on Tuesday, July 14^th, 2026.
• Escrow deposit (10 % of total purchase price) is due no later than Noon on Tuesday, July 14^th, 2026.
• Escrow Deposit should be made payable to Haley Auctions & Realty in the exact amount stated on the Auction Purchase Contract.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The Buyer’s 10% Deposit is due by noon on Tuesday, July 14^th, 2026. Acceptable forms of payment in order of preference are certified check, cash, wire transfer, or personal check w/ bank guarantee. Please Note: If the buyer is unknown to the auctioneer, he/she may be asked to provide a letter of guarantee from the bank the funds are drawn from.

·        Cash or Certified Check: Must be delivered to Haley Auctions and Realty by the due date above. Certified checks should be payable to Haley Auctions and Realty.

·        Wire Transfer: A $20 wire transfer fee will be added to the final sales price for any payment made by wire transfer. Keep in mind that your bank may also charge a fee to initiate your wire transfer. Please contact us for wire transfer instructions at auctions@haleyauctionsandrealty.com.

·        Personal Check: Checks should be made payable to Haley Auctions and Realty and delivered to the office by the due date above.
