The fine print…

1. Entrance is a few feet up a ramp of stairs through garage

2. Cash or Venmo only. 

3. No furniture (even smaller pieces) can be removed before 530pm Friday. It’s a traffic / space issue. Please don’t purchase pieces if this is an issue.

4. No early sales or holds prior to sale. No exceptions.

5. No prices given prior to sale.

6. Pay table is outside and there will be a line. It will be hot. Plan accordingly.

7. Bring your bags and boxes for shopping, as hold space will be limited

8. Please be respectful of neighbors. Do not use or block their driveways.

9. We cannot help you carry or load.
