Registration: The Auction for the real estate is at 12:00PM on-site at the house. Registration begins at 10:30AM; please arrive with enough time to be completely registered by 11:30AM. The registration process is free, easy and takes about 10 minutes. You will need your driver’s license and to sign a few documents stating that you understand the Auction requirements. You must be registered for a Real Estate Buyer Number to bid at this Auction. Registration Requirements: Bidders must first sign and accept all disclosure forms including seller's disclosure and waiving the opportunity for inspections. All inspections must be completed prior to Auction. Bidders must register for a special Real Estate Buyers number day of Auction and complete an opening bid form.
