All State & Federal gun laws will be strictly enforced. A
local FFL Dealer Thief River Falls will handle all
paperwork, with a $30 transfer fee per gun. $15 for additional Guns, Purchase
of a hand gun requires a permit to purchase or carry permit, Out of state buyers,
please note all guns and firearms must be transferred to
an authorized Federal Firearms Licensed gun dealer in
your area, all handling, packaging & shipping fees are
the buyer�s responsibility. Out of state buyers will need to
supply FFL information for transfer.
All FFL transfers/pickups need to be completed within 30
days.
You must pay for your item first then proceed to the FFL
checkout, to be processed and receive your purchases.
All Items must be paid for within one week of auction completion (no exceptions)

Internet Bidding:
McMullen Auctions & Sales LLC does not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer on time. At the discretion of McMullen Auctions & Sales LLC, any online auction may be suspended, postponed, or cancelled if internet service is unreliable and/or disrupts the ongoing live auction. Under no circumstances shall the bidder have any kind of claim against McMullen Auctions & Sales LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work as intended before or during any auction.

McMullen Auctions & Sales LLC also has the right to refuse, add, delete, or change any bids placed online. As well as make any changes to our Terms and Conditions governing those auctions at any time.

McMullen Auctions & Sales LLC and it's sellers are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged items (including loading, unloading, packaging, etc) and a refund or discount will not be offered.

McMullen Auctions & Sales LLC has the right to resolve any bidding issue how they see fit.

Any action commenced to enforce any of the terms and conditions set forth herein shall be venued in the District Court of Pennington County, State of Minnesota, and McMullen Auctions & Sales LLC. shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in said action. The terms and conditions shall be binding on the party's heirs, successors and assigns. Also, by entering into this agreement, you and McMullen Auctions & Sales LLC each are waiving the right to a trial by jury.

Sales tax will apply on applicable sales. A tax Exempt Form will need to be filled out and returned to McMullen Auctions & Sales LLC in order to remove the sales tax.

All online auctions will have a staggered ending. The auctions will usually close 1 item every 2 or 3 minutes, but that can change at any time. If an item receives a bid with in the last 2 or 3 minutes of that items being open, it will automatically be extended 2 or3 minutes and will continue to do so until no bids have been received in 2 or 3 minutes. Staggered ending time will be clearly visible for each auction.

Shipping and shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
