PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY BY THE HOME - THIS IS THE NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY AND ISN'T PART OF THIS PROPERTY - THIS HOME DOESN'T HAVE A DRIVEWAY. IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION: One-day pickup only. No exceptions. We only have access to the home through July 8th. Any items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made in writing before auction close. Please ensure you bring the appropriate vehicle, trailer, loading assistance, and packing materials necessary to safely remove your items. If purchasing fragile items, please bring blankets, wrapping materials, or boxes for transport. SHIPPING: Shipping is limited and may be available upon request for only small or lightweight items.
