Local pickup only for larger items - SHIPPING on smaller items that have been designated as Shipping Available in the item listing. Shipping cost is the price of postage for USPS or UPS plus a $5 , $15 or $25 handling fee depending on order size, packaging materials used. We will consolidate as many items into one box as possible. Breakable items (Glassware, etc.) may require their own box to ensure protection.
Local pick up for your items will take place between the hours of 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 11th in Fort Collins , Colorado - address shall be sent via email to the winning bidders. Pick up time is fixed. No late pick up times are available. Do not bid if you are unable to make the pick up time and date. Early pick up is available for a small set of scheduled pick up times based upon scheduling with NoCo Estate Sales. All items that are electric powered have been tested as powering on unless otherwise noted in the item description. Abandoned furniture items not picked up shall be charged a $25-$100 fee per item depending on size. We are required to remove any purchased items from the sale. This fee will be assessed and charged to your credit card on file if you abandon and do not pick up the furniture items you have purchased.
Utilize pictures of the items as descriptions and all items are AS IS and where is. Any questions concerning an item please contact us through the Auction Ninja system, via email or give us a call.
Shipping items must be listed as SHIPPING AVAILABLE. Do not bid on items you intend to have shipped that are not listed as such. No refunds will be given on an item that has been requested for shipping but is not listed as Shipping Available. If an item is not listed for shipping and you wish to request shipping please contact us to discuss. Any and all damage done in shipping is covered up to $100 insurance through either UPS or USPS and claim is to be made through them. If an order is worth more than $100 additional insurance shall be purchased to cover the value of the order. NoCo Estate Sales is not liable for damages done through shipping.

Payment Verification and High-Value Orders
To protect against credit card fraud and unauthorized chargebacks, we reserve the right to restrict payment methods for certain high-value or high-risk transactions.
Alternative Payment Methods: At our sole discretion, specific expensive or high-value items may not be eligible for credit card payment and must be paid exclusively via bank wire transfer.
Identity Verification: Prior to processing any payment, buyers may be required to provide valid, government-issued photo identification and undergo additional security screening.
Fraud Prevention Screening: We utilize advanced security measures to vet all credit card transactions. We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service if a transaction fails our security protocols, or if the buyer fails to provide requested verification.
