*Any item left for more than 1 week without contact or prior arrangements will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at our discretion. No Refunds or Credits will be givien.
* Shipping available for items that will fit in a STANDARD size box easily obtained at UPS or USPS. We charge a $10.00 Handling Fee plus shipping cost and supplies if needed. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. If you require shipping, call the office on pick up day. All items being shipped must use card and address on file at the time of registration!
* Superior Auction Sales will NOT be responsible for any shipping cost under any circumstances! Buyer Assumes all liability for any shipping costs, problems, damage, lost items or any other issue with shipping! IF items are damaged in shipping your claim will be with the shipper, NOT Superior Auction Sales!
*If you supply a label or request a method that requires us to personally deliver your package to shipper there will be an additional 10.00 fee + the 10.00 handling fee.
* Any disputes will be handled in Suffolk, VA.
* Auction will use the soft close feature and will close in the order of the catalog at a rate of 1 item every 20 seconds. Any item receiving a bid in the last 2 minutes will extend the auction for that item by 2 minutes. (other items will continue to close).
*Bid early and or bid as the auction is ending from the LIVE CATALOG. Note that if you are watching the auction from "your current bids" section, watching your bids only, the page does not automatically refresh. Only the Live Catalog is in Real Time.
