Welcome to the Saline Area Schools Online Only Auction. We know you are anxious to begin bidding, however it is critical that you fully understand and agree to the following terms and conditions of this online only auction. By participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Live Preview: Tuesday July 14th from Noon- 2PM @ 1255 Tefft Ct. Saline, MI 48176. Vehicles are located here, while the remaining lots are a few miles down the road.


AUCTION BEGINS: 9AM (Eastern) Thursday July 9th, 2026
AUCTION ENDS: 7PM (Eastern) Thursday, July 16th, 2026 (Soft Close).

PICKUP DATES & TIMES: Friday and Saturday July 17th & 18th from 9AM - 2PM (By Appointment Only). Buyers must make arraignments with Braun and Helmer staff before arriving. Contact information will be provided to the winning bidders via email within 1 hour of the auctions completion.

Directions: Take US-23 to US-12 Michigan Ave (Exit 34) and go West towards Saline. In Approx. 5 Miles turn right onto Maple Rd. and then in Approx. 0.8 Miles School will be on the left. Follow signs to Auction Checkout.

PICKUP TERMS & DETAILS: All items must be picked up on the published move out date(s). Buyers are responsible for disassembly (if required), moving, loading, rigging, and transporting the entirety of lots purchased without assistance from Braun and Helmer Auction Service.

**Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with Braun and Helmer Auction Service, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If your items are not picked up within 7 days Braun and Helmer Auction Service reserves the right to forfeit your items.

DISCLAIMER: All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults. Braun and Helmer Auction Service and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise.
Braun and Helmer Auction Service has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is your exclusive responsibility as a bidder to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. Printed statements, descriptions and counts by Braun and Helmer Auction Service staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.
The pictures and descriptions provide information on the condition. It is not the policy of Braun and Helmer to hide any issues or problems with the vehicles or equipment. If most cases we can provide additional pictures or information up to 24 hours prior to auction day.

BIDDING:
We recommend that you bid early and become familiar with the software. Not everyone has high speed internet and it might take longer for you to place your bids. Something to consider is that at the end of each auction item, there may several individuals trying to bid the exact same amount at virtually the same time. Because of this, we do not guarantee that your bids will be executed to your satisfaction.

The bidding increments for this auction will be in various increments dependent on the items value.

Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every 60 seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last-minute remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional minute. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.
The auction company reserves the right to reject any bids for any reason.

DAMAGES, LOSS, ETC: Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Braun and Helmer Auction Service reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.

DEBT COLLECTION & INTEREST CHARGES: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Braun and Helmer Auction Service in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Braun and Helmer Auction Service. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, Braun and Helmer Auction Service is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Braun and Helmer Auction Service, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.

NON-PAYING: In addition to the above, understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceed aggressively to rectify such situations.

AGE REQUIIREMENT: All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

BIDDER INFORMATION & SECURITY: All registration information the bidder provides to Braun and Helmer Auction Service shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Braun and Helmer Auction Service if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
