As a result there is a strong mildew smell in the basement and many of the items located in the building will need to be sanitized to remove odor. Please keep this in mind when bidding. The first 50 lots of the auction are located in the basement. I would recommend wearing a mask when removing these items. We will have masks on hand the day of pickup.
