Auction Terms & Conditions Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is to accomodate for power outages, internet connectivity, equipment failure, and any other unforseen reason beyond our control.
Auction Terms & Conditions: By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. There are lots in this auction that can be shipped (as noted on each lot) however we ask you call first to verify that lots you wish to bid on can be shipped if you need. Please review shipping terms for more detailed shipping information. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday July 10th at 4:00 pm without exception. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location of Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Memphis, MI 48041 during posted pick up times without exception. Any invoice not paid by the end of scheduled pick up times will have thier invoice total including all fees charged to the credit card you have on file. Buyer will be given 7 days to make pick up arrangements or the items will be considered abandoned and resold for storage fees. If payment has not been made or other arrangements have not been made by Friday July 10th, 2026 @ 4:00pm, or the card you have on file is declined, your account will be blocked from future bidding until all open invoices have been satisfied including a $35 reinstatement fee. This policy is strictly followed. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction as well as 6% MI Sales Tax. Deciding to downsize Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers is proud to have been chosen by the family to liquidate unneeded assets by public online auction. In this auction you will find numerous items including belt buckles, zippo & other lighters, advertising smalls, silver coin money clips, equestrian figuines and smalls, Alaskan items & artifacts, antique furniture, modern household furniture, small appliances, vintage toys and games, kitchenwares, antique & collectible smalls, mantle clocks & German Blackforest Cuckoo clock, Hummel figurines, housewares and so much more.
Public Open House for this Auction will be Tuesday July 7th from 4pm until 7pm. All other times are by appointment only. Open House location is Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Memphis, MI 48041.
Pick up and payment dates and times are Thursday July 9th from 12:00pm until 7:00pm and Friday July 10th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Please call before 4:00 pm Friday July 10th at 4:00pm if you cannot make it during this time to make other arrangements if possible. All invoices must be paid during this time without exception. NOTE - There will be NO Saturday or Sunday pickup times available for this auction and everything must be picked up by Friday as our business will be closed the entire weekend following the auction.
There are items in this auction can be shipped (as noted on each lot) but we encourage you to call first before you bid to be sure the items you are interested in can in fact be shipped.
For local pick up everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception by Friday July 10th at 4:00pm. Pick up location is Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Street Memphis, MI 48041. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to.
