We will be loading people as best as possible based on their appointment slots. If you show up without an appointment--or early--you may have to wait until the queue is cleared. It's crucial that people use this feature so we can assist customers in an orderly fashion. It is NOT advised to show up right away in the morning without an appointment, as that is the busiest time! Shipping is only available on items approved by Jonathan prior to bidding. Items *MUST* be picked up on the assigned day unless previously arranged.
