By registering to participate in this online-only auction, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full. Please read carefully before bidding.



1. No Warranties



The information contained on the sale list and all related auction materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT OF SALE. A buyer�s complete inspection of items is encouraged. All lots sell �AS IS� and �WITH ALL FAULTS�, if any. All announcements made by the Auctioneer at the auction or posted online will take precedence over previous printed material or any other oral statements made or posted online.



2.Suspension/Permanent Ban: A Bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from the Site for providing false or fraudulent information when registering. A Bidder will be permanently banned from this Site for failing to honor an auction bid made under that Bidder's bid number.



3.Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks



All Sales Are Final: All items are sold AS IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Condition descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge, and no returns or refunds will be accepted based on personal opinions or expectations.



Chargeback Policy: You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback without first contacting Wheeler Auctioneering to seek a resolution. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from future auctions and legal action.



4. Cancellations



Bidder Cancellations: Bids placed are final and cannot be canceled for any reason. This includes accidental bids or bids placed by others using your account.



5.Payment Terms



Accepted Payments: 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. We do not run your credit card on file right away if you are local. We give you the option to pay cash or check when picking up your items to avoid the 3% credit card fee. Wire transfer is also acceptable. NO buyer's premium or sales tax will be collected.



If you do not pick up your items within the pick up dates or contact us to make a special pick up arrangements, or select shipping requested, your card will be charged on file and your items will be forfeited.



6. Shipping & Handling



Shipping Fees: Shipping & handling is done in house. There is a shipping charge, packing and handling charge per invoice. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to ship your item out.



Local Pickup is available for this auction on August 4th & 5th from 9:00AM - 4:00PM located @ 12100 West Lake Rd. East Springfield, PA 16411.



7. Legal Compliance & Bidding Responsibility



Compliance Responsibility: You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to your purchases. Wheeler Auctioneering assumes no liability for legal violations.



Binding Agreement: All bids are legally binding. You are responsible for all bids placed under your account, regardless of circumstance (e.g., accidental bid, technical glitch, unauthorized use by others).



By registering and placing a bid, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in loss of bidding privileges or legal action.

The owners of JLR CatV Inc. have decided to retire & as a result we will be liquidating the assets in an online only auction. They operated in the cable television services industry as well as running a comprehensive vehicle inspection station & garage. Mostly all items in this auction we're being used in the field & business until their recent retirement. Items to be sold include but not limited to: 2024 Freightliner bucket truck, 2022 Ford F-550 truck w/ splicer lab, 2019 Ditch Witch JT20, Clark forklift, large spools of conduit, assorted wire, cable dollys, fusion splicing equipment, test platforms, field & level meters, fault & cable locators, pulling eyes & adapters, drilling bits & equipment, Honda generator inverters, shop lathe & drill press, welders & welding equipment, steel blast cabinet, augers, large assortment of power & hand tools, safety equipment & ppe, road safety equipment, large assortment of automotive tools & equipment, cable rollers & pullers, loop forming tools, organizers loaded w/ hardware, shop cabinets, shelves & tables, automotive parts, cable lashers & much more. This auction will begin to end Monday August 3rd @ 4:00PM EST. Each lot will soft close meaning if it receives a bid in the final minutes it will have time added on to it. A few items in this sale will be offered w/ RESERVE. Immediate confirmation on those items will follow 1-2 days post auction. Wheeler Auctioneering LLC is not responsible for any technical difficulties, software malfunctions, HiBid errors etc. Bidders are able to place their max bid before the auction begins to end if they would like.
