All bidders are responsible to know what item they are bidding on.
The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.

*CAC reserves the right to withhold items until checks have cleared

Items must be picked within 7 business days of the auction end

Buyers Premiums:
14% per item for all items won via HiBid (6% Discount for Cash or Wire Transfer by Friday, August 21st at 3pm)(ALL CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED AFTER 3PM ON FRIDAY WITH NO DISCOUNTS!!)

All Items must be removed by Friday, August 28th or are subject to a $25 per day, per item storage fee! Items must be paid for by Friday, August 21st by 3pm or are subject to a $25 per day late fee.

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
