Auction Bidding Closes: Monday, July 20th, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM CDT. Bids close dynamically. Be ready for extended bidding on popular items! General Load-Out & Removal: Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CDT. This is the standard pickup window for all items. Critical Removal Rules & Conditions Because this is a complete school facility exit with a strict lease end date, we must strictly enforce the following terms: No Assistance or Equipment Provided: The auction staff will not provide labor, tools, forklifts, or ramps. You must bring your own hand trucks, dollies, tools, and packing materials. The "Bring Your Own Crew" Rule: Many items are heavy, located on upper floors, or require professional disassembly. If you do not bring enough physical help to load your items on July 22nd, your items will be forfeited. Late Forfeiture: Any items not picked up by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 22nd will be deemed abandoned and ownership reverts to the seller with no refunds issued. There is a small elevator but not all items will fit on the elevator. A few exits exist for loading we recommend coming to inspection and making a plan.
