Our next sale is set for Tuesday only December 18th from 9am-6pm
at 5714 7th Avenue Sacramento 95820.

The sale will begin at 9am with fair prices, go to half price at 12noon, further reduce to $5 boxlot prices at 5pm and at 6pm items will go for free.

The sale will take place rain or shine and will be held primarily inside this vintage Tahoe Park home. The man who passed away was born and raised here so many of the items were held over from his parent’s days, some from his grandparents but mostly his own.

Manuel Lomba (known to friends and neighbors as Manny) was an educated man; well read, studied, traveled and versed in music and entertainment. He held an intellectual career as well.

There is an entire collection of mirrors and artwork, lps and travel collectibles. You’ll find masks, Madonnas, statues, carvings, sculptures, decorations and pots. This man was very drawn to beautiful things and collected them from all over the world.

We’ll sell a pretty extensive library of eclectic hardbacks, lots of dvds and cds, some designer clothing and also some decent if not straightforward furniture.
The contents of this home are well-maintained, clean and ready to use...

Much of Manuel’s library both media and literature is unused and unopened.It is easy to imagine someone giving these items as gifts at Christmas as for every conceivable purpose; they are brand new in the box.

If we are able to get the next house prepped and ready to liquidate for Thursday coming, you will receive another invitation shortly after this sale is finished hopefully Tuesday evening.

We will do our best to please our clients on both ends; the families wanting to have the homes emptied and yourselves for enjoying the hunt inside them. We are in hopes we can finish the year off without lots of extra work hanging over our heads so that the entire crew can enjoy the holidays as we hope you will.
