By registering for this auction you agree to be added to our emailing list for future communications about promotions, auctions, and events.

PICKUPS & REMOVALS: Buyers acknowledge that auction sites may include uneven terrain, agricultural land, gravel surfaces, or other non-paved areas. Removal is undertaken entirely at the buyer's risk. Staff may bring items to your vehicle, but are not responsible for loading them into the vehicle. Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times will be considered an abandoned item. Items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. If you abandon an item, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item plus the cost to remove, transport and dispose the item. Dates and times for pickup will be posted on our website. Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up. Any bidder who has a winning bid and fails to pay, not respond to calls and/or emails will be banned from bidding in future auctions. Great West reserves the right to dispose of or resell items that are not picked up in lieu of storage fees.

PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction. Payment is made at pickup (cash, Visa, MasterCard, or debit) or ahead of pickup by E-transfer. If winning bidder is unable to pickup at the site and needs items brought back to Great West Auction for later pickup, it must be arranged in advance, if/when the service is available. There will be a transportation fee starting at $10 per lot. Not all items are able to be transported by our staff, and this service is not always available. Failure to pickup or make alternate arrangements will result in removal fees and it will become property of Great West
