If an item is sold as working you can test it at pickup before taking the item to make sure it works, after leaving the auction it is considered yours and not our responsibility. 3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility. 4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable. 5. We are not responsible if you lose internet connection or forget to bid. 6. any large items must be paid for with cash, check or bank transfer. we do not let you pay for vehicles on a credit card. 7. All vehicles are sold as is there is no guarantee, we are not mechanics and do not know for sure what is wrong with them. 8. You are buying only the item described and pictured, not anything in the back ground and not the number card. 9. You have to pay the 15% buyers premium for card or 10% for cash as well as sales tax where applicable. 10. We are not responsible for any damage that happens when the... 2 rattan couch cushions need to be recovered but rattan is in good shape about 6 ft 8 kids size rattan chair in nice shape 9 couch sectional has 1 minor split on the seam could easily be fixed 10 Brass arch 5 orb light seems to work fine 13 vintage style terminal thermometer wall mount double sided about 6-8 in wide 15 dresser with mirror in good shape easy to get out house is 1 floor 16 endtable and lamp matches dresser 17 bed and bedding lot and mirror i believe it is a twin seems in good shape 18 bench with storage about 3 feet wide pine 23 anchor and other casserole dishes good amount all in good shape 24 cutting boards and knife set this includes the large cutting board under everything knife set is incomplete 25 icemaker countertop turned on but could not test because water is off to the house 26 countertop and cupboard contents lots of wine glasses fox and hound lunch pail does not have the thermous 27 small apple painted cupboard and what is on it 1 leg is broken 28 29 black stand wine holder just the stand seems in good shape 31 popcorn popper cart around 42 in tall new are $169 at walmart seems in good shape but is untested 35 garden gnomes ceramic 37 flowers pitcher vase decor lot you get the items on the table flowers seem to be nice the little cabinet is in good shape the swung glass vase has been glued 38 2 artificial trees with items in them does not include the cabinet behind them 42 45 pillow lot some christmas some for kitvhen chairs 49 decor on the fireplace candles and more you get what is on the floor in front of it 51 home entainment cabinet stereos and contents cds dvds and more lots of decor 52 decor lot on the floor womens boots clock wood balls and more 57 daybed comes with bedding and pillows 58 wood cubby holes and shelf these are decent 60 desk metal black drawers all work in decent shape 62 mountain bike womens i would call it a mid sized adult bike |
