We are contracted by our clients to manage and sell the household items within the home and surroundings.
PRESALE ITEMS WILL BE NOTED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE 1ST PICTURE OF EACH ITEM VALUED AT $25 AND ABOVE. THE ITEMS WILL BE RESEARCHED AND PRICED THROUGHOUT THE WEEK WITH PRESALE NOTATION AS THE RESEARCH IS COMPLETED ON EACH OF THOSE ITEMS. PLEASE NOTE THERE MAY BE AN INITIAL GROUP OF ITEMS RESEARCHED AND PRICED AND OTHERS ADDED THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. CALL JENNIE 816-726-2696 AS NOTED BELOW. If there is an item that you are interested in purchasing from our pictorial inventory, we highly advise and encourage you to call Jennie at 816-726-2696 to set up appointment to view and purchase with cash or card with id. You can schedule move at a later date. 1st come 1st serve. • We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover & proper ID may be required on all card transactions • The sale is being conducted from a private residence and there are NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS • Once merchandise has been purchased, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS • We now offer by appointment personal concierge shopping experience.
