HOURS OF SALE ARE 10 TO 4 SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY. Unfortunately due to the regulations in the development we are limited to hours of the sale. Exact address will be posted the day before the sale, along with roads to take to get into the development. This is a gated community. There will be no numbers given out. It will be first come, first serve. You should form a line and we will open at 10 am. LIMITED # OF GUESTS IN THE HOME AT ONE TIME.. 10 people in the home at one time due to limited space. No Early Birds please! CASH & Venmo ONLY. Bring your own bags/boxes and packing material. Please bring help to load large items as there will be no one to help carry items out. Not Responsible for Accidents. Enter at your own risk. All items final sale and sold in as-is-condition. No refunds! |

Estate sale. The homeowner loved to shop for clothes, purses, coats and shoes. High end from Lord and Taylor and Nordstrom. Most clothes are size 6 to 8 and shoes are from 6, 6.5 and 7.
