REMOVAL SHALL TAKE PLACE 📆: Friday July 31st 2-8 PM & Saturday August 1st 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM
PICKUP LOCATION📍: Circleville, OH 43113. Successful bidders will be emailed the exact location of the pickup after the sale is final. Address will be at the bottom of the invoice.
PICKUP INFO 🗒️: Pickup at this location will be very congested, we are limiting the number of pickup spots per fifteen minutes and ask that you come at the time you sign up for, with limited parking and no street parking pickup will be from the alley and the rear of the house, see signs at N. Court & Rosewood Ave, turn onto Rosewood, and then turn south into the alley, watch for additional signage, everything must be picked up during these two date, since extensive remodeling will begin immediately.
Lot 1 will be picked up at another close location, must be disassembled & removed from a basement on Saturday, lots 443-560 2nd floor of residence, 566-581 Basement of the residence, all other lots are located on the main floor or garage of the residence.
