Terms:  

Pick Up Date: Pick Up Date: Wednesday, August 19th from 9:00A.M. to 4:30P.M.

15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) up to $2,000. Invoices over $2,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee may be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms, you are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction. All international invoices will be required to pay via wire transfer. 

This online bidding system is set to begin ending at 7:00 P.M. 3 lots every 1 minute. If a bid is placed with less than 5 minutes left, the time will reset to 5 minutes for that item.  

In a reserve auction, if a bidder's max bid is below the reserve, the system bids on behalf of the seller up to the reserve. 

Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction.  Before you bid, please take a few seconds, and look at the information provided. This will have the location, date / times for the preview and pickup, and other pertinent information. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission.  You are bidding on the item described, not the photo. Please let us know if you see an error in our listings. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.  Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly. Preview is strongly suggested to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot. Please consider attending the preview to help understand any complications in removing your treasure.  

Kaufman Realty & Auctions is not responsible for any computer malfunctions during the Auction. Please note all internet connections differ in their rate of speed. Your ability to bid in waning seconds of a timer may be adversely affected by your connection. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT WAIT TO PLACE BIDS UNTIL THE LAST 15 SECONDS AS A SLOW CONNECTION MAY CAUSE YOUR BID NOT TO BE PLACED. Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV is not responsible for any computer or technical errors .

$0-$50= $1
$50-$100= $3
$100-$150= $5
$150-$500= $10
$500-$1000= $25
$1000-$2500= $50
$2500-$10,000= $100
$10,000-$25,000= $250
$25,000-$75,000= $500
>$75,000= $1000

Preview: Not all of our auctions have a preview available. Preview is an “open house” to allow our customers to inspect the items before they bid or buy.  Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item.  Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo. Although not all auctions have previews. Please bid accordingly.      Pickup: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time(s).  Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made). Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified. Please bring sufficient help and the proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff are not available to assist with loading.  

Shipping: Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. No freight shipping available. Flat rate shipping costs start at a minimum of $9. Items larger than 26x20x12 are not able to be shipped. Shipping insurance is required and automatically included, as well as a tracking number. Shipping must be arranged by the pickup date. Please contact us with any questions.
