Baxter Auctioneers LLC � Terms & Conditions
By registering for and participating in any auction conducted by Baxter Auctioneers LLC ("Auctioneer"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bidders, buyers, and visitors.

1. Registration
All bidders must register with accurate, current, and complete information. Baxter Auctioneers LLC reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke bidding privileges at any time and for any reason.

2. Item Condition
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and without warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied.

Descriptions, photographs, measurements, model numbers, serial numbers, and other information are provided as a courtesy and are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect items and determine age, authenticity, condition, completeness, quality, and suitability before bidding.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or adjustments will be made after the auction closes.

3. Inspection
Preview dates, times, and locations will be listed in each auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items before placing bids.

If you cannot attend the preview, you assume all risk associated with purchasing without inspection. Questions should be submitted before the auction closes, and we will make every reasonable effort to provide additional information.

4. Bidding
By placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the successful bidder.

Bids cannot be canceled or withdrawn once submitted.

Bidders are responsible for reviewing their bids before confirming them.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, reopen bidding, settle disputes between bidders, or determine the successful bidder at its sole discretion.

Timed auctions may include an automatic extension feature. If bidding occurs shortly before a lot closes, additional time may be added to allow continued competitive bidding.

5. Buyer's Premium & Taxes
A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final hammer price of every lot.

Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided before the auction closes.

6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Accepted payment methods will be listed for each auction.

If your payment card is declined due to insufficient funds, expired information, fraud prevention, card locks, or any other reason, Baxter Auctioneers LLC may send a secure Square payment request by email and/or text message.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale, suspension of bidding privileges, collection efforts, legal action, or resale of the purchased items. The defaulting bidder may be held responsible for any losses, fees, or expenses resulting from non-payment.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Baxter Auctioneers LLC may result in permanent suspension from future auctions and collection of all associated costs where permitted by law.

7. Pickup
Pickup dates, times, and locations are listed in each auction description.

Buyers are responsible for loading and removing their purchases. Please bring appropriate equipment, packing materials, and assistance if needed.

Auction staff may assist as a courtesy but assume no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from loading or removal.

Items not picked up by the published deadline, without prior written approval, may be considered abandoned. Ownership will revert to Baxter Auctioneers LLC without refund, and the Auctioneer may resell or dispose of the property at its discretion.

8. Shipping
Shipping is available for most items unless otherwise noted.

Oversized, heavy, fragile, or specialty items may require third-party shipping arranged by the buyer.

Shipping charges include postage, packaging materials, insurance (when applicable), and handling fees.

9. Removal of Lots
The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw, combine, divide, or modify any lot before or during the auction without notice.

10. Auctioneer Rights
Baxter Auctioneers LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bids, suspend accounts, extend bidding, pause an auction, correct clerical errors, or cancel any sale when necessary to protect the integrity of the auction.

11. Technology Disclaimer
Baxter Auctioneers LLC is not responsible for interruptions in internet service, software failures, power outages, server issues, mobile device problems, or other technical difficulties that may affect bidding.

If technical issues occur, the Auctioneer reserves the right to pause, extend, reschedule, or cancel any auction or lot.

12. Limitation of Liability
Baxter Auctioneers LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and consignors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any auction, including but not limited to bidding errors, description errors, technical failures, shipping delays, loss of data, or removal of items.

13. Communications
By registering, you authorize Baxter Auctioneers LLC to contact you by email, text message, telephone, mail, or other communication methods regarding invoices, pickups, auction announcements, account matters, and promotional information. You may opt out of promotional communications where permitted by law.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Baxter Auctioneers LLC conducts business. Any legal dispute shall be brought in the appropriate court located within that jurisdiction.

15. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, placing a bid, or participating in any auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to read these Terms & Conditions does not relieve any bidder of their obligations.
