NO PRE-SALES - No items are available for purchase before the sale opening date and time. We want to keep things fair for everyone that plans on attending any of our sales.

NO PRE-PRICING - This is because pricing is usually not fully finalized until the sales opening date and time.

NO NUMBERS - We do not hand out numbers. All of our sales are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

- All items are being sold as-is, where is, no refunds. Please inspect all items prior to purchasing.

- You are fully responsible for keeping your place in line. Our team will not be responsible for managing the line or the outside premises before the estate sale opening date and time.

- Items outside the home, that are part of the estate sale, are available to be claimed/purchased on sale days, before the sale opening time, on a first-come, first-served case-by-case basis. Items inside any of the buildings or homes on the premises are strictly prohibited, off-limits, and are not available for purchase before the sale opening date and time.
