NOTE: Your online bidder number for the silent auction will not match your in-person event bidder number for live and mission moment donations. AUCTION ITEM PICK UP � Bidders who are present at the Event will be able to take their items home with them, for all others, auction item pickup will be at Baker Auction & Realty on Monday August 3rd from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM or by appointment at 501 N. Weinbach Ave, Evansville, IN 47711 PAYMENT FOR SILENT AUCTION ITEMS: �Online Bidder's credit card will be charged at the conclusion of the Online Silent auction. PAYMENT FOR LIVE AUCTION ITEMS AND FUND A NEED DONATIONS: �Bidders will need to see the Baker Auction & Realty staff onsite at checkout to pay for these items and can pay via cash, check, or credit card. AUCTION PROCESS & BIDDING TIPS: � Items will start to close out at 7:30 PM. This auction features a 2 Minute soft Close with a 15 second stagger time for each lot. � Until the auction begins to close, the bidding software will notify bidders by email when they have been outbid. Bidders may also find out if they have been outbid by refreshing the individual lot information. Due to varying internet connections/speed, please place a max bid or constantly monitor the auction at close of bidding.
