Country Treasure Hunt Sale in Red Rock

CHAOS will be holding a country estate sale, different from our usual organized estate sales.  This sale is in Red Rock approximately 17 miles from north Reno on Hwy 395.  The sale will be held over 3 days this week, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.  The house is 2-story with steep stairs and no handicap access.  There are also 5 outbuildings which can be explored for things such as; upholstery tools and fabric, cookie jars and antiques of all kinds, old pictures frames, yard chemicals and paint and many other things. 

Due to time constraints, space and the heat we have not prepped or priced many items and we will be naming prices on unpriced items each day.  This sale is truly a treasure hunt!

That being said, this house and outbuildings sit on a 1 acre lot and is jammed packed with lots of items, many still in boxes which have not been opened.  There are gravel walkways with uneven ground all over the property, so caution is advised when walking. 

Person’s entering the property accept full liability for any mishaps or injuries that may occur.

Recommendations for this weekend’s sale:

·         Bring gloves and a mask

·         Wear closed toe shoes (tennis shoes or boots), sandals are not recommended

·         Bring your own box/bags/packing (as we will not be supplying them)

·         The house has steep steps and does not have A/C so be prepared according

·         With temperatures reaching approximately 100 degrees it is recommended that you bring liquids to keep hydrated

·         All buyers are responsible for removing Items purchased from the property this weekend.  We will not have workers who can assist you.

·         Cash is recommended or a 3.5% transaction fee will be charged
