No Merchandise may be removed until complete settlement has been made.
1.All purchases shall be paid for in full on the day you pick up, unless a wire transfer is required. The wire transfer must be processed and accepted before you can pick up.
2.Purchases shall be paid for by August 14 at 3 pm, with cash, WV, PA or Ohio co. checks, credit card. 4% surcharge for credit cards. Any other state checks will require bank letter of credit. Invoices up to $10,000.00 may be paid for with a company check. Invoices above $10,000.00 shall be paid for with a wire or ACH transfer.
3.All items are sold as is where is and how is, with no warranties of any type expressed or implied concerning the merchandise being sold. Once an item is called Sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer, and all risk of loss or damage passes to them.
4.Descriptions of merchandise contained in the catalog are intended for general information purposes only. Please examine items carefully before bidding as no refunds will be given.
5.A Buyer�s Premium of 18% applies to all lots sold.
6.$10 minimum bid on all lots.
7.No one under the age of 18 years of age is permitted to register or bid.
8.A properly stamped invoice, authenticated by our cashier, will be required by our check-out personnel in order that you may remove the items. Any discrepancies must be brought to our attention prior to removal from the property.
9.The auctioneers may remove items from the sale at their discretion. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
10.The auctioneer is the sole authority on any disputed bid, and his word is final. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors and to re-invoice if necessary. If a dispute arises out of this contract that cannot be settled through negotiation or mediation, any-and-all court proceeding shall take place in Butler, Pa.16101.
11.Removal dates and times: August 13 & 14, 9 am to 3 pm, then by Appointment Only wtih 24 hour notice thru 8/17 for conex or office trailers. Items not picked up by end of day August 14 will be considered forfeit unless arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Storage fees may start to be assessed at $100 per day for items not removed by August 14. Call or see auctioneer for details. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY END OF DAY 8/17, NO EXCEPTIONS!
12.NSF or stop payment checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee.
