In Approx. 0.6 Miles veer right onto Textile Rd and at the first light go right onto Platt Rd. In Approx. 1.6 Miles turn right onto Platt Ln and then right onto Freedom Dr. Auction will be on your left. PICKUP TERMS & DETAILS: All items must be picked up on the published move out date(s). Buyers are responsible for disassembly (if required), moving, loading, rigging, and transporting the entirety of lots purchased without assistance from Braun and Helmer Auction Service. The shop is located in a business complex on the ground level with no loading dock. All the heavy equipment is on the ground level. There is plenty of room for almost any type of vehicle to turn around, backup, load, etc. however we do want to be respectful of the other business in the area. **Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with Braun and Helmer Auction Service, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If your items are not picked up within 7 days Braun and Helmer Auction Service reserves the right to forfeit your items. DISCLAIMER: All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults.
