UNIVERSAL BACKGROUND CHECK: By law, Minnesota residents must successfully pass an FBI criminal background check at the time of transfer, regardless of the type of firearm being transferred. The buyer is responsible for a $30 Transfer & NICS Background Check fee paid directly to AB&B Firearms, LLC at the time the transfer is completed. ID & PERMITS: Additionally, under Minnesota law, all pistols and some long guns (rifles and shotguns) with certain “tactical” features require both a state-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) and either a Permit to Purchase or a valid Permit to Carry. The Buyer’s Name and Address on BOTH the ID and PERMIT MUST match. PAYMENT: Unfortunately, automatic online payment is not available for firearms, ammunition, and some accessories. Payment in full is due to AB&B Firearms upon transfer. Cash or Card only. Cards are subject to a 4% surcharge. HOLDS: Firearms may be held while acquiring the required permits. However, payment must be made IN FULL before making any agreement to hold a firearm pending transfer. SHIPPING: By law, firearms may only be shipped from one FFL Licensee to another FFL licensee. Buyers requesting shipping are subject to transfer and ownership laws in their jurisdiction and are responsible for any additional fees charged by the receiving FFL. All shipping costs are paid by the buyer, with a handling fee of $30 for firearms with barrel lengths under 8” and $40 for firearms with barrel lengths 8” or longer. Best-way shipping costs are also paid by the buyer and are determined before shipping. No shipping is available for ammunition. MINIMUM AGE: All firearm buyers must be at least 21 years old at the time of purchase. 18 Years old for ammunition. WARRANTY: All firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition are sold AS-IS. No warranty or guarantee of any kind is implied or offered by AB&B Firearms LLC or Pickett Enterprises. REFUNDS: If a winning bidder is determined to be ineligible to receive a firearm, NO refunds will be issued. A 30% restocking fee will be charged, and the firearm may be re-auctioned.
