City of Water Valley, MS Former Chicken Processing Plant Raze Liquidation Online Only Auction Please read the Scrap Salvage, Demolition, and Removal Agreement Under the Documents Section Wednesday, September 23, 2026 @ 12:00 PM Inspection by Appointment Only Property contains certain scrap materials, surplus stainless processing equipment, fixtures, conveyor lines, miscellaneous inventory, structures that the City of Water Valley has declared suitable for disposal and demolition. Overview of Buildings The agreement identifies certain items in "Exhibit A" that were previously located on the premises. These items are provided strictly for reference, and no representation or guarantee is made that all items listed will be included in the auction. The final auction inventory will consist solely of the items physically present and offered on auction day.
Bidders are charged a 10% Buyer's Fee Bidder must be approved by the Auction Firm, in coordination with the City of Water Valley, prior to participating in the auction. Approval is required as a condition of eligibility, and only bidders who have completed this process will be permitted to register and bid. |
