The aircraft has the following known discrepancies: 1. Engine requires tear down for sudden stoppage inspection. 2. Aircraft will require a new propeller. 3. All radios and avionics require replacement. 4. Wing tips and rudder cap require replacement. 5. New battery is required. 6. Aircraft is missing elevators. 7. Navigation lights need to be replaced. 8. All tires will need to be replaced due to age and weather deterioration. 9. Sheet metal damage to belly skin, firewall and bulkheads from gear up landing. 10. Door post airworthiness directive should be re-accomplished due to possible damage from landing. 11. All time change items will be overdue: elevator trim actuator, all hoses, engine mounts, etc. 12. Front seat inertia reel seat belts missing. Logbooks are included with the sale of the aircraft and are available for inspection during scheduled previews.
