This is an Online Auction with Internet or Absentee Bidding Only. All Internet Bidders must register Online, and Absentee Bidders must register with Iggy's Auction House, LLC. Bidding for this auction starts on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 and starts closing on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 6:00pm CST.

Online Auction Starts Closing Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 6:00pm CST. Each lot ends 25 seconds after the previous lot, bidding activity will extend 2 minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last 2 minutes. You can keep bidding on any lot as long as there is time left.

REQUIRED REGISTRATION INFORMATION TO BID
You are required to register with a valid email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. This does not mean you have to pay with the credit card that you register with. We do accept other forms of payment such as: Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Cards. Persons not giving this correct or valid information will not be allowed access to this auction.

Payment for any invoice that is greater than $1,000 may be required to be paid by cashier's check, cash or wire transfer unless you have a Good Buyer Payment History. NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS! Everything Sold is AS-IS. No Warranties. If Iggy's Auction House, LLC receives a returned check; the buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. Payment is made when you pick up your items. All items won must be paid for before any items can be picked up.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AUCTION END WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have not made payment by the 4th day after the auction closes, you agree to have the credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice which will include the 14% Buyers Premium. Then if items are not picked up within 14 days of payment, items are considered abandoned and are no longer your property unless arrangements have been made in writing. Abandoned items become the property of Iggy's Auction.

DEFAULT OF PAYMENT: If you have not made payment, your credit card is declined, or we have not received acceptable verification in order to process payment your bidding privileges will be suspended until full payment is made.

BID INCREMENTS
Bidding increment are $1.00.

STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE
Staggered Close: each lot ends 25 seconds after the previous lot (all lots do not end at the same time).
Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend two (2) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last two (2) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids.

MAX BID AMOUNT
When bidding, feel free to enter your maximum bid. The system will bid on your behalf using only what it needs to keep you in the lead. This feature is the surest way to win the items you're interested in at the lowest possible price. We have a two-minute soft close policy on each lot. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot's initial closing time, a two-minute extension would be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.

RESERVE
If there is a reserve on an item, the item will have an orange exclamation mark. Up until the reserve is met, you will be bidding against the reserve. Once the reserve is met, the item will have a green checkmark, then it takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction. The item does not sell unless the reserve is met.

Appointments to pick up can be scheduled online at IggysAuction.com. A Signup Link will be available there by 8:00pm on the day of the auction closes and on the email that you receive after the auction has ended. Please schedule a time to pick up.

Scheduled pickup days will be on Thursday, August 20th (11am-5pm) and Friday, August 21st (10am-4pm) Note: If you are not able to make it during those times, please call Trina at (715)305-2475 to schedule a special pickup time.

REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBLILITY OF BUYER
You are solely responsible for dismantling, removal and loading for each lot purchased by YOU. Each lot has a location where that lot is in the description. Please bring your own tools and adequate manpower for large and heavy items to help you. Bring your own packaging material and boxes if desired (some items are not boxed). There will be a tractor to assist with loading larger items during the regular scheduled pickup days. Auction staff does not assist with removal or loading. Please come prepared.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU HAVE WON ITEMS AT AUCTION
IN-STATE BUYER'S & CUSTOMERS PICKING UP: Schedule your appointment to Pick Up online at IggysAuction.com. Payment can be made at the time of pick up in the form of cash, check or credit card. After the entire auction has ended you will receive 2 emails. The 1st email will be an invite for you to sign up for a pick-up time. Within a few hours after the auction has ended you will receive the 2nd email that will have information on picking up, a link to Sign up for Pick Up and attached to that email will also be your invoice. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR INVOICE BY THE NEXT DAY. Any individual found tampering with items on this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyer will indemnify and hold Iggy's Auction House, LLC (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, members, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of Iggy's Auction House, LLC services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern the terms and conditions between you and Iggy's Auction House, LLC, except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
