Auction Terms & Conditions
1. The online bidding will start closing at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. 2. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 3. We reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 4. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium for those bidding online. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110. 5. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due at conclusion of the auction. Credit cards will be charged at that time. If your items are coins or jewelry, payment in the form of cash, certified funds, or ACH (wire transfer) is required. 6. An email will be sent to you immediately following the auction to select your method of retrieval. If we have to transport items back to our facility from an on site online sale, a fee of $20.00 per item may be charged to your credit card. PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS All goods not retrieved by the Buyer within 5 days after the auction end shall be subject to a daily storage fee of $5.00 per day if arrangements are not made. Then after 14 days the Buyer authorizes BRICKS AUCTIONS CENTER to dispose of the items and charge the credit card on file. In the few situations where a successful bidder does not remit payment when due, BRICKS AUCTION CENTER will proceed with the legalities necessary to protect its interests and will block the bidder from future auction participation. 7. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. 8. BRICKS AUCTION CENTER cannot combine standard shippable items with oversize and breakable item shipments. If any employee or agent of BRICKS AUCTION CENTER packs or transports the merchandise, it is fully at risk, responsibility, and expense of the buyer BRICKS AUCTION CENTER shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that may be caused by the said agent or employee. Shipping will occur within 2-14 business days from the date payment is received. Any risk to the item(s) during transit via UPS, or any other carrier is at risk of the buyer. Buyer releases BRICKS AUCTION CENTER from all claims for loss or theft to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorneys fees, for any claims brought against BRICKS AUCTION CENTER for loss or theft occurring during transit.
