Listing Terms and Conditions
By registering to bid in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration
All bidders must register through the HiBid platform prior to bidding. By placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder at the close of the auction.
Earlywine Auctions reserves the right to refuse bidding privileges to any individual at its sole discretion.
2. Bidding
All bids are final and cannot be retracted. This is a Soft Close Auction. If a bid is placed during the final moments of bidding on a lot, additional time will be added to allow all bidders an opportunity to respond. We strongly encourage bidders to use the Maximum Bid feature.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, withdraw any item, combine or divide lots, or cancel the sale of any lot when deemed necessary.
3. Buyer's Premium
A 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final hammer price of each item on this Auction.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately following the close of the auction.
Accepted forms of payment include:Credit or Debit Card, Cash, Certified Funds or Wire (when applicable)
Cards on file with HiBid may be charged following the close of the auction unless other arrangements have been approved.
Any declined payment must be resolved before items are released.
5. Sales Tax
Applicable state sales tax will be collected unless a valid tax exemption certificate is on file with Earlywine Auctions before the auction closes.
6. Inspection
Inspection dates and times will be listed for each auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect items before placing bids.
Failure to inspect does not relieve the buyer of responsibility.
7. As-Is, Where-Is
Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied.
Descriptions, photographs, measurements, and opinions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.
8. Pickup
Winning bidders must remove their purchases during the scheduled pickup times.
Buyers are responsible for: Bringing adequate help for loading. Bringing boxes, totes, packing materials, straps, and blankets .Loading all purchased items.
Any items left after the scheduled pickup without prior arrangements may be considered abandoned and become the property of Earlywine Auctions without refund.
Storage fees may be assessed on approved late pickups.
9. Shipping:
Shipping is available on select items at the buyer's expense. Our preferred shipper is: The UPS Store, 120 N. Dixon Road. Kokomo, IN 46901
Earlywine Auctions does not offer in-house shipping and does not provide shipping estimates.
Please contact The UPS Store directly with a copy of your paid invoice for shipping quotes.
The buyer is responsible for all packing, handling, shipping, insurance, and shipping-related charges. No liquids, aerosols, hazardous materials, or other non-mailable items will be shipped.
10. Firearms, Vehicles & Titled Property
Where applicable, all federal, state, and local laws apply. Buyers are responsible for registration, title transfers, taxes, licensing, and all associated fees.
11. Default
Failure to pay for purchases constitutes default. Earlywine Auctions may:Cancel the sale.
Resell the item.Charge the bidder for any resulting deficiency or damages. Suspend or permanently revoke bidding privileges. Report the bidder to HiBid for non-payment.
12. Chargebacks

By registering to bid, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Earlywine Auctions to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of bidding privileges and collection efforts for any unpaid balances.
13. Catalog Errors
Although every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions, Earlywine Auctions is not responsible for errors, omissions, incorrect photographs, or inaccurate descriptions.

Chargebacks By registering to bid, you agree not to dispute or charge back valid auction purchases without first contacting Earlywine Auctions. Improper chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from future auctions and may be pursued through collection or legal remedies. Returned Checks Returned checks are subject to all applicable bank fees, collection costs, and any additional fees allowed by law. Auctioneer's Rights Auctioneer's Rights Earlywine Auctions reserves the right to: Refuse service to any bidder. Reject any bid. Remove bidders at any time. Withdraw or regroup lots. Cancel any lot before or after bidding begins. Reopen bidding if necessary to resolve a dispute. Correct clerical or clerking errors. Require additional identification before releasing purchases. The auctioneer's decisions are final. Force Majeure Earlywine Auctions shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, power outages, internet interruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal action arising from an auction conducted by Earlywine Auctions shall be brought in the appropriate court located in Indiana.
