By registering to bid in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration
All bidders must register through the HiBid platform prior to bidding. By placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder at the close of the auction.
Earlywine Auctions reserves the right to refuse bidding privileges to any individual at its sole discretion.
2. Bidding
All bids are final and cannot be retracted. This is a Soft Close Auction. If a bid is placed during the final moments of bidding on a lot, additional time will be added to allow all bidders an opportunity to respond. We strongly encourage bidders to use the Maximum Bid feature.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, withdraw any item, combine or divide lots, or cancel the sale of any lot when deemed necessary.
3. Buyer's Premium
A 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final hammer price of each item on this Auction.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately following the close of the auction.
Accepted forms of payment include:Credit or Debit Card, Cash, Certified Funds or Wire (when applicable)
Cards on file with HiBid may be charged following the close of the auction unless other arrangements have been approved.
Any declined payment must be resolved before items are released.
5. Sales Tax
Applicable state sales tax will be collected unless a valid tax exemption certificate is on file with Earlywine Auctions before the auction closes.
6. Inspection
Inspection dates and times will be listed for each auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect items before placing bids.
Failure to inspect does not relieve the buyer of responsibility.
7. As-Is, Where-Is
Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied.
Descriptions, photographs, measurements, and opinions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.
8. Pickup
Winning bidders must remove their purchases during the scheduled pickup times.
Buyers are responsible for: Bringing adequate help for loading. Bringing boxes, totes, packing materials, straps, and blankets .Loading all purchased items.
Any items left after the scheduled pickup without prior arrangements may be considered abandoned and become the property of Earlywine Auctions without refund.
Storage fees may be assessed on approved late pickups.
9. Shipping:
Shipping is available on select items at the buyer's expense. Our preferred shipper is: The UPS Store, 120 N. Dixon Road. Kokomo, IN 46901
Earlywine Auctions does not offer in-house shipping and does not provide shipping estimates.
Please contact The UPS Store directly with a copy of your paid invoice for shipping quotes.
The buyer is responsible for all packing, handling, shipping, insurance, and shipping-related charges. No liquids, aerosols, hazardous materials, or other non-mailable items will be shipped.
10. Firearms, Vehicles & Titled Property
Where applicable, all federal, state, and local laws apply. Buyers are responsible for registration, title transfers, taxes, licensing, and all associated fees.
11. Default
Failure to pay for purchases constitutes default. Earlywine Auctions may:Cancel the sale.
Resell the item.Charge the bidder for any resulting deficiency or damages. Suspend or permanently revoke bidding privileges. Report the bidder to HiBid for non-payment.
12. Chargebacks

By registering to bid, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Earlywine Auctions to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of bidding privileges and collection efforts for any unpaid balances.
13. Catalog Errors
Although every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions, Earlywine Auctions is not responsible for errors, omissions, incorrect photographs, or inaccurate descriptions.
Announcements made before or during the auction take precedence over any printed or online catalog information.
14. Internet Bidding
Earlywine Auctions and HiBid are not responsible for: Internet outages, Computer malfunctions
Software failures, Server interruptions, Delayed bids Missed bids due to technical difficulties
15. Limitation of Liability
Persons attending inspection or pickup do so at their own risk.
Earlywine Auctions, property owners, and employees shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or damage to persons or property.
16. Auctioneer Rights

The auctioneer reserves the right to:

Refuse service to anyone.
Remove bidders from the auction.
Cancel bids placed in error.
Withdraw lots before or during the auction.
Resolve bidding disputes at the auctioneer's sole discretion.

The auctioneer's decisions are final.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, placing a bid, or participating in any Earlywine Auctions event through HiBid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to read these Terms & Conditions does not relieve the bidder of any responsibilities or obligations.

Card on File Authorization

By registering to bid through HiBid, you authorize Earlywine Auctions to charge the credit or debit card on file for purchases, buyer's premium, applicable sales tax, and any approved fees associated with your invoice unless other payment arrangements have been approved prior to the close of the auction.

Bidder Responsibility

It is the bidder's responsibility to carefully read the item descriptions, view all photographs, review all auction terms, and attend the scheduled inspection if they have questions regarding an item's condition, authenticity, completeness, age, size, or functionality.
Failure to inspect an item or read the description does not relieve the bidder of their obligation to complete the purchase.

Binding Contract

Every bid placed is a legally binding contract. Bids will not be canceled due to bidder error, failure to read the description, failure to inspect, internet delay, or buyer's remorse.

Descriptions and Photographs
Descriptions, photographs, measurements, and opinions are provided as a guide only. While every effort is made to provide accurate information, Earlywine Auctions does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any description.
Items may contain scratches, dents, repairs, missing parts, wear, or other imperfections not specifically noted.
Authenticity

Unless specifically stated in the item description, Earlywine Auctions does not authenticate signatures, artwork, collectibles, antiques, jewelry, coins, sports memorabilia, or other specialty items. Buyers should rely on their own inspection and judgment before bidding.

Pickup Policy

All items must be picked up during the published pickup dates and times.

If a buyer cannot attend the scheduled pickup, they must contact Earlywine Auctions before the pickup period ends to request approval for alternate arrangements.

Alternate pickup requests are not guaranteed.

Items left without approved arrangements may be considered abandoned and become the property of Earlywine Auctions without refund.

Storage fees may be assessed when alternate pickup arrangements are approved.

Loading Assistance

Earlywine Auctions staff may assist with loading when available; however, buyers assume all responsibility for loading their purchases. Earlywine Auctions is not responsible for damage to vehicles, trailers, purchased items, or personal injury during loading.

Shipping is available on select items only and is provided entirely through The UPS Store.

Earlywine Auctions:

Does not provide in-house shipping.
Does not calculate shipping costs.
Does not provide shipping estimates.
Does not control packing, insurance, carrier selection, or shipping charges.

Buyers must contact The UPS Store directly for shipping quotes after receiving their paid invoice.

No liquids, aerosols, hazardous materials, or other prohibited items will be shipped.

Failure to Pay

Invoices not paid within the stated payment period may result in:

Cancellation of the sale.
Suspension or permanent removal of bidding privileges.
Reporting the bidder to HiBid.
Collection efforts for unpaid balances.
Legal action to recover damages, attorney fees, court costs, and collection expenses where permitted by law.
Chargebacks

By registering to bid, you agree not to dispute or charge back valid auction purchases without first contacting Earlywine Auctions.
Improper chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from future auctions and may be pursued through collection or legal remedies.
Returned Checks
Returned checks are subject to all applicable bank fees, collection costs, and any additional fees allowed by law.
Auctioneer's Rights

Require additional identification before releasing purchases.
The auctioneer's decisions are final.
Force Majeure
Earlywine Auctions shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, power outages, internet interruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal action arising from an auction conducted by Earlywine Auctions shall be brought in the appropriate court located in Indiana.
Acceptance
Participation in this auction constitutes full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions. Bidders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all published auction terms prior to placing any bids.

POSTERS SOLD AS IS

All posters are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees regarding condition, authenticity, age, origin, signatures, or value. Please carefully review all photos for any wear, damage, stains, tears, creases, fading, or other imperfections before bidding. Photos are considered part of the item description.
Bidders are responsible for conducting their own research and determining the condition, authenticity, and value of each poster before placing a bid. All bids are final.
