1. **All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.** All sales are final. Item descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Bidders should carefully review descriptions, photographs, and available information before placing bids.

2. **Bidder inspection is encouraged.** By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have either inspected the item(s) to their satisfaction or have chosen not to inspect them.

3. By registering and placing a bid, the bidder agrees to all terms and conditions of the auction.

4. During simulcast auctions, live floor bids may take precedence over pre-bids, absentee bids, and maximum bids in the event of identical bid amounts.

5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, withdraw any lot, reopen bidding, cancel a sale, or resolve bidding disputes at their sole discretion, including in the event of a clerical error, system failure, or other unforeseen circumstance.

6. C & C Auctioneers LLC assumes no liability for the use, misuse, transportation, operation, ownership, or condition of any purchased item. Buyers assume all responsibility upon purchase.

7. Shipping is available on select items at the buyer's expense. Shipping, handling, insurance, and packaging fees will apply. Shipping services are provided through Shipping Saint or another designated shipping provider.

8. A **10% Buyer's Premium** will be added to all successful bids unless otherwise stated.

9. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a **4% processing fee** with a minimum fee of **$1.00**.

10. Returned checks are subject to a **$75.00 returned check fee** in addition to any collection costs incurred.

11. Items must be removed during the advertised pickup period unless alternative arrangements have been approved by C & C Auctioneers LLC in writing prior to the conclusion of the scheduled pickup.

12. Any items not picked up during the advertised pickup period and without prior written approval for alternative pickup arrangements shall be considered abandoned. The buyer authorizes C & C Auctioneers LLC to charge the payment method on file for all purchases. Abandoned items may be disposed of, donated, or resold at the sole discretion of C & C Auctioneers LLC without refund or compensation to the buyer.

13. Payment is due within forty-eight (48) hours of the auction's conclusion unless otherwise stated. If the payment method on file is declined, the bidder will be notified and provided with a payment link or alternative payment instructions. Failure to remit payment in full within forty-eight (48) hours of notification may result in forfeiture of all purchased items, cancellation of the sale, suspension or permanent revocation of bidding privileges, and resale of the items without further notice.

14. Buyers are solely responsible for loading, securing, and transporting their purchases. Due to insurance restrictions, auction staff may be unable to assist with loading.

15. Shipped items are generally processed and shipped within ten (10) business days following payment confirmation and receipt of shipping instructions.

16. Claims for loss or damage occurring during shipment must be made directly through the shipping carrier and applicable insurance provider. C & C Auctioneers LLC is not responsible for damage occurring after items have been transferred to the carrier.
